We simply cannot afford to replace our revered elders with Ai-driven chatbots.
Who doesn’t cherish the sigh and joy of a deeply moving, devotionally charged experience? The takeaway from an intimate spiritual interaction with the Almighty is as dear to the believer as the object of his or her worship. In fact, these emotionally charged moments provide a greater sense of purpose and a reason to cling to our existential branch.
However, as great as the joy of worshipping Him may be, the pain of losing such an opportunity is sharper. Nay, it is far greater. The gift of devotion is perhaps no match for the wounds inflicted by the loss of a devotional opportunity. Missing the spiritual ‘meetup’ is like missing the bus of life itself. Only the one who has missed it truly knows the ache of loss and deprivation.
May the Most Loving enable and ennoble us to graze upon His merciful pastures, filling our souls with His gaze and grace.
