January 26, 2018: India’s former Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh, being presented with SLOGANS OF THE SAGE, a coffee table book compiled by Mujeeb Jaihoon, which contains the philosophical aphorisms of late statesman and philanthropist, Sayyid Muhammad Ali Shihab Thangal. Both leaders shared a common vision in the secular and pluralistic traditions of India.
Launched at Sharjah International Book fair 2017, Jaihoon’s coffee table book with aesthetically illustrated quotations has been warmly received earlier by several world leaders including His Excellency Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, UAE’s Minister of Tolerance, Rahul Gandhi, president of Indian National Congress, and other eminent academicians, interfaith activists and leading educational institutions.
