Miraj: The Return and The Real Question

For a believer, learning about the minute and intimate details of their Beloved Prophet is an incredible blessing. Whether exploring his physical features, noble character, personal belongings, or daily habits, understanding these nuances is both a sacred right and a spiritual responsibility.

Among the many milestones of Prophetic history, the Miraj stands as one of the most celebrated. For any human or creation, meeting their Creator is the ultimate achievement in life. There is no fathomable joy more blessed than this opportunity—a meeting we yearn for with every breath. Indeed, this divine encounter represents the highest bliss promised in Paradise.

A Sufi once insightfully remarked that the greatest miracle of the Miraj was the Holy Prophet’s return to his Ummah after meeting his Lord. Even after experiencing the pinnacle of celestial joy, he remembered us.

While his boundless love, care, concern, compassion, and affection for us are self-evident, a vital question remains: To what degree do we endear him? We must answer that through our actions, our emotions, and our tears.
