Calling Him is Halfway

Hey people of the world, don’t dismay,
Calling Him can lead you half the way.
The truth is timeless, bold and bright,
Men of God have shown us the light.

Not to imitate, but to repeat,
This timeless message we must heed.

If you doubt the sages’ word,
Take a chance and let it be heard:

In dark and agonized days of strife,
Hesitate not to call upon Him for life.

Feel no shame or need to hide,
Repeat your plea, let it reside.

No matter how silly or small,
Hear His call and heed the call.

In calling upon Him, plights will unknot,
And the answers you seek will be brought.

For, calling upon Him is half the way,
A timeless truth for every single day.
