Slogans of the Sage presented to Chairman of Chishty Foundation

November 16 , Sharjah: Panakkad Sayyid Aseel Ali Shihb presented Syed Salman Chishty Ajmer (Chairman of Chishty Foundation, India) with Slogans of the Sage— Mujeeb Jaihoon’s compilation of aphorisms by Sayyid Muhammad Ali Shihab Thangal, the late Indian statesman and philanthropist. Also present were Shihaz Sultan, UAE-based entrepreneur and community activist.

Syed Salman Chishty has been heading the Chishty Foundation– Ajmer Sharif as the Managing Trustee and Chairman for the last 8 years. He is regularly invited to speak and participate in international Sufi and inter Social Conferences on Spirituality, Interfaith Dialogues as well as at the world’s top universities such as Harvard University and Johns Hopkinsy University.

Launched at Sharjah International Book fair 2017, Jaihoon’s coffee table book with aesthetically illustrated quotations has been warmly received earlier by several world leaders including His Excellency Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, UAE’s Minister of Tolerance, Dr. Manmohan Singh, former Indian Prime Minister, Rahul Gandhi, president of Indian National Congress, and other eminent academicians, interfaith activists and leading educational institutions.
