Amidst turmoil, a heartfelt plea to the Holy Prophet for solace and guidance in a world consumed by chaos.
Hey, gem of this world!
Hey, gem of all gems!
For days, not a line
Have I written on you.
Sigh, my life lost
Its scent and hue.
The glare and roar
Distracted me;
Even my folks
Failed to comfort me.
It is a great trial
To be always in love.
These times are full
Of hate and loathe.
All I hear is about blasts,
The foes fool as they aggress.
To tie their hands are no one;
Bravery failed, deception won.
Jaihoon doubts his own self,
For whose sake shall he pray?
Whom to befriend or defend?
Confused, no longer confident!
You are our guide
In every walk of life—
The glory in martyrdom,
Feeding one’s wife.
For worries to ease,
Agony to cease,
I seek your reply
To enamor my fight,
And share the cure
With the ones in plight.
