The poet expresses deep gratitude and affection for the UAE, praising its generosity, kindness, and the opportunities for its peoples.

They say love has
No scent or hue
And this is
Indeed true

But truths are
To experience
Not to be taken
In ignorance

I have played
In her lap
Inspired by
Her clap

She breathed
Into me love
Every fortunes
She gave

She taught me
The culture
To behave
Like human mature

Tolerance,
Her greatest merit
Unity,
From her did I inherit

Those who lead her
Have no parallel
Each unique
In what they excel

At heart: loyal to East, yet
Her charm: not short of West

Of worlds old and new
Her wonders aren’t few

She is a wonder to all
Peace for all, her goal

She is the pride
Of her children
She loves all
Despite their origin

I have experienced
The truth:
Love and Gratitude
Are twins both

Yes, UAE is
My Foster Mother
Like her,
No mother other
