Sayyid Munavvarali Shihab launched in Dubai the book cover of Sayyidinte Sookthangal, the Malayalam translation of Slogans of the Sage.
Dubai (Apr. 19 2022): The book cover of ‘Sayyidinte Sookthangal (Malayalam translation of Mujeeb Jaihoon’s book, SLOGANS OF THE SAGE) was released at Dubai by Sayyid Munavvar Ali Shihab, youth icon and president of Muslim Youth League Kerala, in the Iftar Meet organized by UAE Kerala Muslim Centre (KMCC). The ceremony was attended by various dignitaries including corporate leaders, community activists and writers.
The chief guest at the event was Dr. Sabrina Lei, Italian author and philosopher, who also delivered a commemorative speech about Kerala’s politician and spiritual leader, Sayyid Hyderali Shihab Thangal. Her speech highlighted the late leader’s inclusive leadership that promoted peace and tolerance in the society.
Guests at the event held at Crowne Plaza Hotel included Shamsudheen Bin Mohidheen (Chairman, Regency Group of Corporate Management), P Ubaidullah MLA (politician, Kerala), Abdulla Poyil (managing director of Al-Madina Hypermarket and Supermarket), Abdulla Farooki (Abu Dhabi KMCC), Yahya Thalangara (Chairman – Wellfit group of companies), UAE KMCC leaders Dr. Puthur Rahman (President), Anwar Naha (Gen. Secretary), Nissar Thalangara (Treasurer) besides others.
