Sinai vs. Sidra: Love treaded to a word-less world

A poetic contrast between Sinai and Sidra, exploring how intellect stops where divine love transcends into a wordless world.

At Sinai,
Moses climbed the mount
And submitted his desire;
Came the reply:
“You cannot see Me.”

At Sidra:
“Proceed to Me, Beloved,
Leave the cosmos behind.”
And they came closer—
Lo and behold!
‘And then He revealed’
Whatever He unveiled;
And the Beloved testified:
The cosmos swooned in pride.

Intelligence stood crippled at Sidra,
Forbidden to crawl even by a step.
But Love treaded humbly, humanly,
To a wordless world, beyond the worldly.
