The benevolent Creator never has enough of our constant petitions, even as he envelops our crimes with his mercy— writes Mujeeb Jaihoon

In answering my calls,
And fulfilling my dreams,
Forgiving my sins,
Providing food and drinks,
Blessing me with fortunes,
And keeping me alive,

Even after committing
Wrong upon wrong,

O Sweet Rabb,
Who is never fed up,

You wrap my crimes
In Your boundless mercy.

To You belong
My yearning tears;
You are the cause
Of all my cheers.
