Sep 30 2018, Okhla, New Delhi: Author Mujeeb Jaihoon presented Vice President of Jamat-e-Islami Hind Jb. Nusrat Ali, with Slogans of the Sage, illustrated coffee table book of aphorisms by Sayyid Shihab Thangal, the late Indian statesman and philanthropist— at the Jamat-e-Islami Headquarters, Jamia Nagar, Okhla, New Delhi, India.
Launched at Sharjah International Book fair 2017, Jaihoon’s coffee table book with aesthetically illustrated quotations has been warmly received earlier by several world leaders including His Excellency Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, UAE’s Minister of Tolerance, Dr. Manmohan Singh, former Indian Prime Minister, Rahul Gandhi, president of Indian National Congress, and other eminent academicians, interfaith activists and leading educational institutions.
