July 05 2018: Dr. K Mohammed Basheer, Vice chancellor of University of Calicut, being presented with Slogans of the Sage, JAIHOON’s compilation of aphorisms by Sayyid Shihab Thangal, the late Indian statesman and philanthropist. Also present were Swami Athmadas Yami Dharmapaksha, renowned counsellor, Aseel Abdul Wahid, EMEA Training College principal and members of college union.
Launched at Sharjah International Book fair 2017, Jaihoon’s coffee table book with aesthetically illustrated quotations has been warmly received earlier by several world leaders including His Excellency Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, UAE’s Minister of Tolerance, Dr. Manmohan Singh, former Indian Prime Minister, Rahul Gandhi, president of Indian National Congress, and other eminent academicians, interfaith activists and leading educational institutions.
